- Kids aged 3-12 years have to book the package at child prices.
- All individuals aged 13 years will have to buy an adult ticket.

Must Know Before You Go for Singapore Flyer Tickets
- All visitors must be fully vaccinated except for children aged 12 and below.
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival.
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival.
- Fixed day ticket implies that this ticket can only be redeemed on the date that you've booked the ticket, it won't be carried forward to the next or any other day.
- Pre-booking of time slots is not required.
- In the event of extreme weather conditions, Singapore Flyer operations will be temporarily suspended for safety reasons. Time Capsule will remain open even during extreme weather.
- Please arrive 30 minutes before your selected time slot for check-in at Guest Services Lounge (Level 1)
- Boarding for latecomers will be at the discretion of on-ground operator and subject to availability
